Kippax Back Benchers Gain A Boost

The Kippax band are pleased to announce a couple of new signings to the cornet section.

Eugene Reynolds joins the band on 2nd cornet after playing for many years for several of the bands around the area. Also joining the band on 3rd cornet is James Barrett who has moved to the area and taken up playing again after a few years away from the brass band scene.

A spokesperson for the band told A4B: ‘With these signings, the band are now almost at full capacity and working towards the remainder of the year’s concerts and contests.’
