BBC Feature for Lewis-Merthyr Band Tonight

The Lewis-Merthyr Band are to feature on the BBC television show this week in Episode 2 of “The Taff: The River That Made Wales” with presenter Will Millard.

The episode features the band and an interview with MD Craig Roberts, Trustee Ivor England, who was formerly a miner at the Lewis-Merthyr Colliery, along with some of the members of the band.

The episode will be screened on BBC Four on the evening of Wednesday August 16th at 19:30 and can be watched online for the next 30 days at http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0705d04
