New MD for Rivington & Adlington

Rivington and Adlington Band are pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Thomas as their new Co-conductor.

The band have been lucky in the past to secure the services of two conductors and following the departure of their previous conductor, have been successful in achieving this again.

They are moving up into the second section in January and are looking forward to working with Daniel to consolidate their 2nd section placing. Malcom Wilson, the bands long standing conductor, told A4B: “We are pleased to have acquired Dan’s services and wealth of playing experience and are looking forward to working together to consolidate the bands position in the 2nd section.”
