Cornwall Youth Ready for Christmas

The Cornwall Youth Brass Band will hold Its Christmas 2018 concert on Sunday 30th December 2018 (7.00pm) at St Michael’s Church, Newquay. The band will be led by Russell Gray, fresh from success at the National Championships of Great Britain where he led the Foden’s Band to victory.

The Cornwall Youth Brass Band has been in existence since 1955 and over 1200 young players have been members during its 63 years. It makes a considerable and important contribution to providing young players with the opportunity to make music and to play under some of the top musicians in the brass band world.

Each year it holds two residential courses each culminating in a concert led by a distinguished guest conductor.

Admission is £8.00 on the door with children under 14 free.
