AoBBA Delighted With Regional Test Piece Choices

The Association of Brass Band Adjudicators (AoBBA) have expressed delight at the selection of tests for the 2019 Regionals.

Chairman Mark Wilkinson told A4B: “The Kapitol selection panel have done a marvellous job of choosing five superb pieces for this years Regionals and will prove to be a great test for all the competing bands”.

AoBBA adjudicators are represented at all the regional contests and the association is pleased that their skills are recognised in fulfilling these exacting roles in such an important series of competitions. David Hirst told A4B: “AoBBA have a membership of highly skilled adjudicators and we pride ourselves on continuously updating our skills”.

Secretary Nicholas Garman would welcome feedback from players, conductors and particularly contest organisers on adjudication issues and any help the association can give.
