RESULTS: LBBA Solo, Duet & Quartet Competition 2019
There was great talent on show at the weekend at the Leicestershire Brass Band Associations Annual Solo, duet and quartet competition, held at the Loughborough Endowed Schools Campus, in Leicestershire on Sunday 07 April 2019. The event saw over 140 performances across 19 different sections, ranging from Slow Medley to Air Varie, and involving all age groups.
The 3 Adjudicators Dave Purkiss (joined by Shadow Adjudicator: Sam Fisher), Sharon Stansfield and Graham Sutton all shared how impressed they were with the amount of talent that was shown in the performances across all the sections.
Each year the LBBA Junior Champion prize is additionally awarded the highest placed performer across all the available age groups sections.
