Calling all ex Sun Life (Stanshawe) Players

The trustees and players of the much loved and sadly missed Sun Life (Stanshawe) Band are planning a reunion to keep the bands memory in the limelight and to meet up with old friends.

The event will be held on the weekend of the 27th and 28th November in Wootten-Under-Edge. It will be a private event for ex players, partners and friends.

Geoff Colmer, event organiser explains. “We have a lot of ex players who still form a strong community, bonded together by their memories of their time playing for this great band. It seems the right time to get together to renew our friendship and to celebrate the legacy of the Sun Life (Stanshawe) Band. We are keen to hear from all ex players so we get as many attending as possible.”
