Performance Anxiety Study Needs Your Help
Mary Golder, a trombone player from Yorkshire is completing a Masters in Developmental Psychology at Sheffield Hallam University. For her dissertation she is researching whether Performance Anxiety decreases with age and experience and whether focusing on the music can help with nerves.
The research is through an online survey of 34 questions asking you to think about a rehearsal and then your last performance, the link is;
