Easingwold March & Hymn Tune Contest – Cancelled

A4B have learned that the Easingwold March & Hymn Tune Contest will not go ahead this year.

“We have taken the sad decision to cancel this years event. Government figures suggest we will still be seeing a high number of cases in late May and early June. Given the need to plan ahead and commit finances in advance this is a risk.” Easingwold Lions and Contest Controller Garry Hallas agree’s it is not worth taking this risk.

It was also added, “We’ll be back in 2021, the first Saturday in June. Our best wishes for your bands and your health in the coming months.”
