Webster Meets Wantage

Dr Webster will be giving meeting the guys and girls of Wantage in a masterclass, sponsored by Besson, at their band hall in Tugwell Field in Wantage on the 21st January. This will feature young musicians from several of the bands in the Wantage organisation and will be open to the public.

The band’s MD, Craig Patterson, told A4B: ‘he has admired Roger’s playing for many years and is really looking forward to working with one of the world’s top cornet players’. After a busy Autumn with another win at the SCABA contest and their return to the Royal Albert Hall, the band are hoping Roger can inspire both their current players and the next generation to even greater achievements.’.
